Välkommen till invigning av LADAN på Alla helgons dag!
Ladan är en ny utställningsplats i Bonderup som drivs av konstnär Johan Lundin.
I första utställningen visas platsspecifika verk av Cecilia Sterner.

I utställningen BIRDS AT NIGHT visar Cecilia Sterner installationer med utgångspunkt i ladans atmosfär och med material som hon har hittat på platsen. Vardagliga ting har väckts till liv. Med strimmor av ljus har dessa plockats fram ur mörkret.
Cecilia Sterner är bosatt i Malmö och verksam som frilansande konstnär och scenograf. Hon är utbildad vid Malmö Konsthögskola och San Francisco Art Institute.
En röd tråd genom hennes arbete är perception och att tolka omvärlden utifrån sin egen horisont, de olika sociala lagren vi lägger på oss över tid, förväntningar, missuppfattningar, dåligt omdöme, minnesförlust och oförmågan att se hela bilden. Och humorn i allt.
